SALAD RECIPE



The following salad is designed to help cure certain ailments.

The salad may consist of some or all of the following:

1. One cooked sweet potato or ordinary potato or similar.

2. One cooked stock of broccoli and a small amount of spinach.

3. Some cooked lentils or beans.



4. A little chopped raw garlic.

5. Some chopped walnuts, or similar.

6. Some avocado.



7. Some smoked salmon or Tempeh or tofu or olives or cheese or all of them.

8. Sauce.

Add  to a pan a little olive oil and the juice of at least one lemon (or use apple cider vinegar).

Add a little turmeric and other spices.

Add salt and honey.

Gently heat the sauce for just a few moments and at the last moment add a little dark chocolate which has been chopped up into small pieces.

9. Pour the sauce over the food after it has been arranged on a large plate.

Broccoli

Salmon

A source of Omega-3 fatty acids which have been linked to a reduced risk of depression, heart disease, and cancer.

A three-ounce serving contains almost 50 per cent of your daily dose of niacin which may protect against Alzheimer's and memory loss.

Walnuts

Contain the most omega-3 fatty acids which may help reduce cholesterol.

Omega-3s have been shown to improve mood and fight cancer.

Avocados

Rich in healthy fats proven in one study to lower cholesterol. One avocado has more than half the fibre and 40 per cent of the folate you need daily, which may reduce your risk of heart disease.

Garlic

A disease fighter, garlic can inhibit the growth of bacteria, including E.coli.

Allicin, in garlic, works as an anti-inflammatory and has been shown to help lower cholesterol and blood-pressure levels.

Spinach

Spinach contains lutein and zeaxanthin, two immune-boosting antioxidants important for eye health.

Recent research found that among cancer-fighting fruits and vegetables, spinach is one of the most effective.

Beans

Eating beans, peas or lentils can lower your risk of heart disease.

Im sure you know, but the majority of the foods u mention are great for the brain and specifically concentration!
