MAJORITY BACK INDEPENDENCE; REFERENDUM WAS RIGGED

According to a November 2014 opinion poll in The Times, 52% of Scots currently back independence for Scotland.

A majority of Scots would vote for independence now - poll.

According to an October 2014 Ipsos MORI opinion poll in Scotland, support for the Scottish National Party (SNP) stands at 52%.

Support for the pro-independence Green Party is 6%

This means support for independence is around 58%.

Labour faces prospect of losing more than 30 seats in Scotland.

It looks clear that there was Vote Fraud in the Scottish referendum

Support for the anti-independence parties is as follows:

Labour 23%
Scottish Conservatives 10%
Scottish Liberal Democrats 6%.

If the poll result is replicated at the General Election it would mean Labour with only four Scottish MPs down from its current 41 MPs.

Those who would lose their seats if the poll results were replicated in the May 2015 General Election include Jim Murphy.

And it would mean the SNP winnning 54 seats compared to its current six MPs.

The Conservatives would lose their only seat in Scotland and the Liberal Democrats would lose all but one of their 11 current Scottish MPs.

Scotland has 8.4% of the UK population, but in 2009-2010 paid 9.4% of the UK tax revenue.

Your logic is wrong as many voters vote SNP simply as a tacical vote against Labour. They figure that it is pointless to vote Conservative as that will be a wasted vote so they vote for the nationalists. I voted SNP though I voted no in the referendom.

I doubt if many Conservatives vote SNP.

I agree that the logic is wrong. The SNP have provided very good government for Scotland, better than Labour did. It does not follow that that a vote for the SNP is a vote for independence.

Even if they'd voted for independence they'd not have got it. They'd have remained subordinate to the unelected EU Commission.

If they want independence the Scots will have to find a party that offers maximum devolution within an independent UK. Fifteen percent of Scots apparently think UKIP is that party.

Poll on general election intentions: SNP 52% LAB 23%;Con 10%; LD 6% GRN 6%: UKIP 2%; Other 1%

YouGov is run by MI5, reportedly. Its polls cannot be relied upon.

The accurate polls give UKIP 2% in Scotland. 'MI5's' YouGov gives UKIP 15% in Scotland.

Um, yes, I seem to have misread the those numbers.

OK, 2 percent of Scots think UKIP will bring them independence!
